Recently I put a site live for an Ikea to Cork delivery service called Happy FlatPacks, it’s run by Diarmuid Fehily who sent me this testimonial recently. I had to share it with you in it’s entirety because I hope all of my clients feel this way when their site goes live, and I certainly do my best to ensure it… but to actually have it sent to you in black and white is very encouraging. Thank you Diarmuid!
I have been so lucky with my clients and remain in contact with pretty much all of them, sometimes for ongoing work and sometimes just for the occasional coffee & a chat.
Thanks for being great clients, and I hope you are all as happy with my work as Diarmuid is.
Having had some trouble with a previous website, resulting in wasted expense, I decided to take a chance on Frank Prendergast.
As you can imagine I was not in the mood for more trouble after the previous experience. Frank and I met over coffee on a few occasions and I explained my business and how it works to him.
Frank listened, no seriously, he listened! (How often does that happen?)
Having listened to me and having learned what my business is, and how it works, Frank then did some serious thinking, he put his head down and concentrated hard on how my website should look and operate. (How often does that happen?)
It is this aspect of his work that impresses me most, very simple really, but so often very hard to find, someone who will apply themselves to their task unreservedly, until they are happy that they have come up with the goods and have something they can be proud of.
Im not techy, and there are lots of areas that I could mention in my website that work as they should, but that is exactly the beauty of working on a website with Frank, because he is so good at what he does, I don’t need to be! I can just leave it to him, and I trust him completely.
Now that my new website is operational, my business is benefiting and growing steadily as it should, because visitors find it clear and easy to use, and therefore proceed to seek quotes and make contact without reservation. This is happening because Frank created a “mood and feel” to the site and I find that when people contact me they behave as if they already know me.
As the traffic is increasing Frank is constantly monitoring and tweaking the site to improve its performance even further.
In conclusion I would say that there is no one I know who will take on a job with such vigour, skill, and enthusiasm as Frank Prendergast.
