Happy FlatPacks

Happy FlatPacks

Happy FlatPacks provide a Ikea to Cork delivery service and needed a new site after a recent name and branding change. The new site needed to communicate the service effectively and make it easy for customers to order.

We discussed the approach at length, focusing on how to make the site as user friendly as possible, and how to convert as many visitors to the site as possible into customers.

The site was developed to reflect owner Diarmuid’s open, helpful and friendly personality and to remove as many obstacles to ordering as possible. A “request a quote” form was developed that would be easy to fill in for customers and would be easy for Diarmuid to maintain and respond to.

We are monitering Google Analytics, a click heatmap from CrazyEgg and Adwords performance to make incremental improvements to the site and to increase conversions.

Having listened to me and having learned what my business is, and how it works, Frank then did some serious thinking, he put his head down and concentrated hard on how my website should look and operate. Now that my new website is operational, my business is benefiting and growing steadily as it should, because visitors find it clear and easy to use, and therefore proceed to seek quotes and make contact without reservation.
